In case of trouble encountered during the match in progress, a referee may be called

• They will naturally need as much admissible evidence as possible to make the good decision (bear in mind that they can't see everything that is happeing to you!)
• Please upload your piece of evidence as soon as possible, before your referee comes into your game chat on G4G
• Note that any abusive request will be punished

Please respect your opponents and referees, esports have to be gentlemens disciplines. Abiding by the rules means playing in a fair environment, only this will let you show your real skills.
Talking courteously with your opponent(s), even if your game goes wrong, will always make you loose less time and generate less stress.


1.Ensure that your game accounts are up-to-date:
 

1.1 Checking your Gamertags :

Please make sure to check your game account before the start of the tournament, any player who does not have the same gamertag as the one inquired on the site will be disqualified, the Upper / Lower case letter is considered an exception.

To modify/change your gamertag on the website, you need to click on the settings button found on the right of your nickname, and then on "Complete my accounts".

Please note that gamertags' modifications are not possible in the following cases:

• If you are already registered for a tournamant
• If you are participating in an ongoing tournament
• If a tournament in which you have participated is still active on the site

1.2 During the tournament:

During a tournament, it is imperative to check your opponent's ID before the start of the match, if you start the game despite the presence of an opponent in violation on this point, you will no longer be able to claim the win of the match by contesting this issue afterwards.

2.Preparation and launch of the game :

• 2.1 You have 7 minutes to confirm your current attendance and participation in the game by clicking on the button "I'm ready". If you don't do it on time, you will be automatically disqualified.
• 2.2 Once you claim that you are ready, the game must be launched as soon as possible or a referee will be entitled to give you a warning, to make you lose the first round,or even a disqualification can be proceeded.
• 2.3 When the game launches, the game chat creates and has to be used by captains to get in touch with their opponent, and with the G4G staff (please note that he is not going to come into your game chat untill you call him with the dedicated button).

Remember to check all game settings before playing.

Playing the game with wrong settings means you agree to play with tese settings, even if the rules are not right.  If you play that game, it will be considered a valid game and you won't have the ability to ask for a referee if you loose it. If you don't accept wrong settings, please immediately stop the game, ask your opponent to set them correctly, and if needed, ask for a referee

3.During the game:

• 3.1 The player on top of the bracket (on the left side of the game sheet) hosts the first round. The details regarding the preparation and the running of the game are included in the game rules section.
• 3.2 If a connection problem occurs, you need to refer to the connection/disconnection section found in the game rules.
• 3.3 Once the game is started, please use the G4G chat to get in touch with your opponents; Please monitor the game progress on G4G at least every five minutes to avoid running the risk of being disqualified for not replying to the referee or not seeing that your opponent is trying to cheat.
• 3.4 At the end of the game you have to validate the results and to behave like a gentleman: fairplay is the key to a good experience. 

4. Non-compliance to Fair Play Regulations :

4.1 Keyboard and mouse on console:the use of  keyboard and mouse on console is strictly forbidden, if this violation is formally noticed the player in question will be immediately disqualified and his opponent will be designated as the winner.

In case of recurrence of this violation, the player will be banished from the site.

4.2 Insults / bad behavior:You must show respect to your opponent, if a bad behavior is denounced and proven by your opponent you will receive a penalty ranging from disqualification to the final exclusion of the site.

Insultes and bad behaviors taking place on a platform other than the Glory4Gamers site (console messages (Inbox), social networks, etc ...) will also be sanctioned if it is proven that it is related to the match concerned.

The player on the top in the bracket has to host the game and must therefore create and invite his opponent once the match is generated.

If you are unable to join, please try these:

• Restart the game
• Restart the console
• Reboot your router

If none of these actions work, the game will unfortunatelly be canceled, and both players will be forfeited

Any disconnection will lead to a forfeit. (For a BO3 final, this only concerns the current game)

In case of a disconnection due to the EA servers, the game will pick up where it stopped, with the same scores as when it crashed
You will therefore play the remaining time,
Please make sure to make a video clip at the end of that time in case your game would be contested.

PS: A disconnection due to EA servers will be taken into account only in case no points were awarded to two players

In a bracket tournament, the game winner advances to the next round

Warning:

• Invited players are not allowed
• All teams are allowed

You must face your opponent via the online friendly matches mode

• For this, go to Friendly Online> New Season Friendly> Invite
• Then invite your opponent with his gaming account (specified on your tournament webpage)

The following settings must be used:

• Game type: online friendlies
• Time periods: 6 Minutes
• Controls: Any
• Game speed: Normal
• Team Level: Any
• Effective Type: Online

All matches must be played under the weather sunny / clear.

You may only leave the game in the opening minutes.

• If you notice that your opponent uses a customised formation or if you're having connection problems, quit the game and inform your opponent, then return to the game with correct settings or after resetting your connections.
• You can quit if the weather is set to snowing or raining: If both players continue without stopping, it means that both players agree to play in the snow / rain (playing means accepting the settings, even if they are wrong, stopping once you know you are going to loose means rage quitting)

You can only leave for one of the reasons mentioned above in the first 5 minutes of the game or before the first goal.

Customised formations use are strictly prohibited

• If your opponent uses a customised formation, exit the game and remind him that only the "online" parameter is allowed
• Please, make sure you only use preset formations

If the rule is violated and your opponent does not change, ask immediately for a referee, with the necessary evidence. Your opponent will be punished.

Please, make sure not to confuse "custom formations" and "team composition"

• "Custom Formations" correspond to changes such as boosting player ratings or player transfers from one team to another
• Team composition (4/4/2, 5/2/3, etc ...) as well as the placement of players on the field are fully permitted

If the game ends in a draw, a second game will be played with Golden Goal (the first team that scores wins)

In this case:

• Both players must keep the same teams as in the first game
• Your video must contain the PSN / GT / Origin ID of both players so that your evidence can be validated by the referees. If in the video, the name of the players isn't visible, it will be refused.

For PS4 players:

• You will need to make a video of your goal with the "Share" button to avoid any dispute problem, or a screen of the kick-off following the goal, as shown in the photo below. (by pressing pause when you do not have the ball).

For  Xbox One players:

• You will need to make a video of your goal with the "Game DVR" to avoid any dispute problem, or a screen of the kick-off following the goal as shown in the photo below. (by pressing pause when you do not have the ball).

• always take a screenshot or a picture of the table late on scores. You will need to upload it on your scoresheet in litigation with an opponent, the referee will consult you met your evidence to make its decision.
