1.Ensure that your game accounts are up-to-date:
1.1 Check your game accounts :
Make sure to check your game accounts before registering for a tournament, if you can not modify your game accounts, please contact a referee before starting your match so that he may modify it.
In order to modify an ingame account on the website, press the "account settings" button and then on "Complete my accounts".
Warning, game account modifications are not possible in the following cases:
You are already registered to a tournament.
A tournament you are registered in is running.
A tournament you have participated is still active on the website.
1.2 During the tournament:
During a tournament, it is imperative to check your opponent's ID before the start of the match, if you start the game despite the presence of an opponent in violation on this point, you will no longer be able to claim the win of the match by contesting this issue afterwards.
In case of a recent modification of the Games ID's a player may be allowed to play. He will have to prove the modification within the time limit given by the referee.
2. Preparation and launch of the game :
2.1 Each captain has 10 minutes to confirm their current attendance and participation in the game by clicking on the button "I'm ready". If they don't do it on time, their team will be automatically disqualified.
2.2 Once you claim that your team is ready, the game must be launched as soon as possible or a referee will be entitled to make you lose the first round, or even more. (concerning the single-round matches, this will be a direct disqualification)
2.3 When the game launches, the game chat creates and has to be used by captains to get in touch with their opponent, and with the G4G staff (please note that he is not going to come into your game chat until you call him with the dedicated button).
Remember to check all game settings before playing.
Playing the game with wrong settings means you agree to play with these settings, even if the rules are not right.
If you play that game, it will be considered a valid game and you won't have the ability to ask for a referee if you lose it.
If you don't accept wrong settings, please immediately stop the game, ask your opponent to set them correctly, and if needed, ask for a referee
3.During the game:
3.1 The player on top of the bracket (on the left side of the game sheet) hosts the first round (when applicable). The details regarding the preparation and the running of the game is included in the game rules section.
3.2 If a connection problem occurs, you need to refer to the connection/disconnection section found in the game rules.
3.3 Once the game is started, please use the G4G chat to get in touch with your opponents; Please monitor the game progress on G4G at least every five minutes to avoid running the risk of being disqualified for not replying to the referee or not seeing that your opponent is trying to cheat.
3.4 At the end of the game you have to validate the results and to behave like a gentleman: fair play is the key to a good experience.
4. Non-compliance to Fair Play Regulations :
4.1 Keyboard and mouse on console: Unless mentioned otherwise in the tournament's rules, the use of keyboard and mouse and additional equipment offering an advantage (cronus, rapid fire..) on console is strictly forbidden, if this violation is formally noticed the player in question will be immediately disqualified and his opponent will be designated as the winner.
In case of recurrence of this violation, the player will be banished from the site.
4.2 Insults / bad behavior: You must show respect to your opponent, if a bad behavior is denounced and proven by your opponent you will receive a penalty ranging from disqualification to the final exclusion of the site.
Insults and bad behaviors taking place on a platform other than the Glory4Gamers site (console messages (Inbox), social networks, etc ...) will also be sanctioned if it is proven that it is related to the match concerned.
The team on the left on the game sheet (on the top in the bracket) is responsible for setting up the lobby and inviting the other team.
Starting side : The team on the left on the game sheet (on the top in the bracket) chooses its starting side (attack or defense). For the games in BO3, the team on the left chooses his side in map 1 and 3 and the other team on the right in map 2.
Game start : The game has to be started within 10 minutes after the creation of the game sheet on the website.
If the game has not been started within 10 minutes, the referee can sanction the team hosting the game. NOTE : Regarding disconnections, please refer to the game specific rules (section "Disconnection")
To avoid conflicts, the game specific rules ALWAYS prevail over general rules.
Only one pick upis allowed, he has to play the whole game, any substitution during a game is not allowed.
Stream / Cast
Stream : Players are allowed to stream their games with a minimum delay of 210 seconds.
Cast : Your game might be broadcasted by G4G or one of its partners, you will then be notified through the chat window of your game on the G4G website. You can express the disapproval of your game being broadcasted, please explain the reason to our staff, who will then decide if the game should be broadcasted or not.
You can do the vetomap on the support of your choice but the result must appear on the game sheet's chatbox for the referees to know the result.

If the majority of players experience lag/freeze problems during a round and this has had a significant impact on their result, then the staff may decide to replay the round in question.
Attention, to make this point the conditions mentioned below must be respected:
- the players will have to provide a proof of the problems encountered (video clip mandatory in some cases)
- another round must not have started
If the staff allows the teams to replay the set, no rehost will be counted.
The cases of DDOS being recurrent, it is to know that the teams will be subject to a postponement, if a team becomes suspicious in the eyes of the staff, heavy sanctions may be applied against it.
During the game:
Rehost is allowed only once per team and per map, in order for the rehost is to be valid all players of the team must leave the game, the score is kept and the game is restarted.
Attention, if you leave a second time, not only the rehost will not be accepted but you will be penalized with a penalty round as well.
If a player is disconnected during a round, it continues and the player tries to return to the game before the start of the next round, if the player has failed to join, all players leave the game to to reinvent it and then restart.
If the player concerned takes too long to join, the referee may sanction his team.
Operators included in a DLC are prohibited (banned) as long as they are not available for everyone, this means during one week after the release of a DLC.
Any violation of the rules concerning the settings and the restrictions in the game will result the loss of the round concerened, to contest any decision, you have to take proof where we can see the violation as long as the username(s) and then quite the game, if a new round starts the contestaion can not be validated.
In the case of proven cheating such as using the Oregon Glitch (pulling through the ground) it will be a forfeit for the full match.
