In case of trouble encountered during the match in progress, a referee may be called
They will naturally need as much admissible evidence as possible to make a good decision (bear in mind that they can't see everything that is happening to you!)
Please upload your piece of evidence as soon as possible, before your referee comes into your game chat on G4G
Note that any abusive request will be punished
Please respect your opponents and referees, esports have to be gentlemen disciplines. Abiding by the rules means playing in a fair environment, and only this will let you show your real skills.
Talking courteously with your opponent(s), even if your game goes wrong, will always make you lose less time and generate less stress.
1.Ensure that your game accounts are up-to-date:
1.1 Check your game accounts :
Make sure to check your game accounts before registering for a tournament, if you can not modify your game accounts, please contact a referee before starting your match so that he may modify it.
In order to modify an ingame account on the website, press the "account settings" button and then on "Complete my accounts".
Warning, game account modifications are not possible in the following cases:
You are already registered to a tournament.
A tournament you are registered in is running.
A tournament you have participated is still active on the website.
1.2 During the tournament:
During a tournament, it is imperative to check your opponent's ID before the start of the match, if you start the game despite the presence of an opponent in violation on this point, you will no longer be able to claim the win of the match by contesting this issue afterwards.
In case of a recent modification of the Games ID's a player may be allowed to play. He will have to prove the modification within the time limit given by the referee.
2. Preparation and launch of the game :
2.1 Each captain has 7 minutes to confirm their current attendance and participation in the game by clicking on the button "I'm ready". If they don't do it on time, their team will be automatically disqualified.
2.2 Once you claim that your team is ready, the game must be launched as soon as possible or a referee will be entitled to make you lose the first round, or even more. (concerning the single-round matches, this will be a direct disqualification)
2.3 When the game launches, the game chat creates and has to be used by captains to get in touch with their opponent, and with the G4G staff (please note that he is not going to come into your game chat until you call him with the dedicated button).
Remember to check all game settings before playing.
Playing the game with wrong settings means you agree to play with these settings, even if the rules are not right.
If you play that game, it will be considered a valid game and you won't have the ability to ask for a referee if you lose it.
If you don't accept wrong settings, please immediately stop the game, ask your opponent to set them correctly, and if needed, ask for a referee

Streaming / Casting
Players may stream their matches with a 210 seconds delay minimum.
Your match may be cast by NC or any partner of theirs, in that case, you will be contacted by a referee in your game sheet’s chatbox and be told how to contact the caster.
You can refuse to be cast and give your reasons for doing so, the staff will have the final decision over whether the cast is maintained or not.
Connection / disconnection
If the majority of players experiences lag/freeze issues during a round and it has had a significant impact on the result, the staff may decide to have the round replayed.
Warning, for this to happen, the following conditions must be respected:
- Players must provide evidence showing the problems they encountered (video proofs will most often be mandatory).
- No other round must have started
If the staff allows the teams to replay the round, no rehost will be deduced.
The cases of DDOS being recurrent, do know that both teams will be reported on the website, if a team becomes suspicious to the eyes of the staff, it may suffer a heavy punishment.
Only one rehost is allowed per team and per map.
To rehost: both players of a team must leave the game in preparation phase, you must not wait for your opponent’s agreement.
The game must then resume by taking the following elements into account:
- Score when the rehost took place
- Defense sites played and available.
- Banned operators during the ban phase.
Warning, if you leave a second time, not only will your rehost be refused but you will suffer a penalty round.
If a player is disconnected during a round, it is not interrupted and the player may try to reconnect before the beginning of the next round. If they cannot do so, all the players leave the game and the player is reinvited.
If the aforementioned player takes too much time to come back, the referee may punish their team.
On this format of the tournament no pick up is allowed, if one player is missing, then his team is disqualified.
No player change is permitted during the match.
