Team/Roster

Can I join several rosters?

A player can join several rosters, provided that all the rosters are linked to the same team.
Can I join several teams?

A player can only belong to one single team.
Can I delete a team?

You can delete a team if you are its latest member. In these conditions, the team will be deleted if you leave it.
Can I delete a roster?

You can delete a roster if it is empty and if you're the manager in charge.
Can I change the composition of my roster during a tournament?

The composition of a roster may change during the tournament.
A member of my roster has been banned while this roster was enrolled in a tournament. What's happening?

The player can take part in this tournament but will not be able to do anything afterwards. His safe will be credited with a potential cashprize won but he will not be able to withdraw as long as his ban is lasting.
Can we use a substitute for a tournament ?

You may have 1 sub (or pick up) for tournaments in teams of 3 or more players.

Tournament/Refereeing

Can I participate in several tournaments simultaneously?

Currently, only one tournament can be played at the same time.

I can not find the "Play" button.

The "Play" button only appears when the tournament has begun. For further explanations, please refer to our guide "Have the best start".

How long do I have before being forfeit on a game?

When your game is created, you have 7 minutes to confirm your presence. If you do not click on the « Ready » button within this time you will be considered as absent and forfeit.

I want to stream a tournament. Who should I contact?

I've won a tournament but I didn't receive my prize

Les gains arrivent sous 24 ou 48h. Si c’est un tournoi en équipe, pensez à répartir les gains (onglet "Résultats du roster").
Prizes are awarded under 24 to 48 hours. In case of a team tournament, don't forget to split the distribute the prizes among the members of your roster. ("Roster results" tab)

May I have several accounts ?

Chaque Utilisateur ne peut détenir qu’un seul compte sur le Site. Glory4Gamers se réserve le droit de clôturer les comptes multiples créés par un même utilisateur ou attribuables à une même personne. L'utilisateur pourra également être banni temporairement ou définitivement.
Each player can only have one G4G account. Glory4Gamers reserves the right to close multiple account created or used by a same player.
May I share my account with a friend ?

A user account is strictly personal. It's therefore forbidden to share your account with any third party, any violation of this rule may result in a ban.

Deposit/Withdraw money

What are the available means of payment.

To deposit money on Glory4Gamers, you can pay by credit card or Paypal via the deposit page.
I do not have a Paypal account.

You can pay by credit card or by Paypal so without using any account.
How to deposit money in my safe?

To deposit money in the safe, go to the deposit page and select in the list the amount you want.
How do I withdraw money from my safe?

To withdraw money, go to the "My Safe" section and click on the button . Then choose "cash withdrawal". Several steps of identification will be requested. 
I have won a tournament but my safe was not credited. What should I do?

There may be a delay of 24 to 48 hours between the end of a tournament and receiving the money in the safe. If you have not received anything beyond 72 hours, contact us via social networks Facebook or Twitter.
My account has been blocked. Do I lose the contents of my safe ?

The contents of your safe remain intact but you can not make a withdrawal request. You can only do it when your account will be unlocked. 
Can my deposit be reimbursed ?

A deposit is definitive and can not be reimbursed. However, you can make a withdrawal from 20 € in your safe.
